As a group of new and dynamic candidates, we bring a wealth of experience in leadership, management, finance, creativity, community service and the law. Our mission is to reinvigorate a safe, beautiful and prosperous Cortlandt. Our vision is to instill pride and confidence in our local government. We will accomplish this and reach our goals by actively listening to our residents; working with all of our town, village and hamlet organizations (that do an amazing job); consulting with experts within our own community and within our town departments; brainstorming on effective and realistic solutions; and developing and implementing prudent policies and procedures in a well-informed decisive manner in order to allow our community to prosper and thrive.

Our goals are actually quite simple – keeping our families healthy, happy and safe; invigorating a safe, healthy, beautiful and prosperous Cortlandt; minimizing our taxes; promoting intelligent economic growth and development without overwhelming our towns; implementing/enforcing policies for revenue; protecting our environment; supporting our first responders including law enforcement and fire departments; honoring our veterans; promoting good citizenship; cutting wasteful spending; working with local, state and federal agencies as we partner with Holtec; addressing specific community needs; listen and respond; paving the roads and keeping the power on!

We are the team that wants to keep you safe and healthy: physically, fiscally and environmentally.

We are the team that supports law enforcement and will increase our police presence to keep you safe.

We are the team that will streamline Town permit processes to make life smoother for residents.

We are the team that will be fiscally responsible and transparent and not constantly borrow from the Town savings to pay the bills.

We are the team who will hold to an at most 2% cap.

We are the team who will implement policies and enforce Town Code to create revenue.

We are the team who will to fix the dam at Wallace Pond, clean up all over, stop dumping in Verplanck, bring Albany Post Road into a charming future, install some sidewalks and street lights, keep our roads in good condition with a road management plan, keep our wires clear with a tree trimming maintenance plan, and so much more to make Cortlandt a better place for our families and for yours.

We are the team who has been fairly satisfied with our soon-to-be retired supervisor. We love her support of our Veterans and her love for our seniors and the acres of open space; however, we are very worried and anxious of what our Town will become if we, your team, is not elected.
